The coaches

A coach is a facilitator who helps the coachee to critically reflect upon actions and decisions taken or behaviours demonstrated. He/she guides the coachee to set goals and attain them. As a coach you take the role of a “mirror” or sounding board for your coachee. The coachees themselves are responsible for the results of the coaching process and the attainment of their goal(s).

Along the implementation, the coach ensures the good use of SME Loop coaching material.

Socio-pedagogue by training, I am a GIZ international expert in training, professional integration and SME promotion. I was responsible for introducing SME Loop in Niger, where from 2019 to 2023 I coordinated the implementation of 5 SME Loop cycles with more than 800 SMEs in 8 cities in the country.

Mr. Dakurah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agric. Economics, MPhil in Development Management, a PhD candidate Development Management and Governance. A Member of the International SME Loop Association. He has successfully supervised 3 SME Loops for GIZ/AgriBiz and 2 SME Loop for the MOAP-NW, involving over 250 MSMES in Ghana.
